Chicken, Red Potatoes, Green Beans


I don’t particularly enjoy cooking because it takes so much time, but it’s a skill set I want to learn. So I am trying to find meals that can be made in 10 minutes or less! My friend Ashley was kind enough to share this recipe with me. I love the creamy richness of butter, but replacing it with oil might be a good healthy alternative.


  • 4-6 raw chicken breasts
  • Red-skinned potatoes
  • Green beans (fresh or canned)
  • Italian seasoning mix
  • Stick of butter


  • Arrange chicken breasts, potatoes, and green beans in pan
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning mix
  • Drizzle melted stick of butter over chicken, potatoes, and beans
  • Cover in tin foil and cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
