Weight Matters

You weigh 354 lbs. on Jupiter, 168 lbs. on Neptune, and 159 lbs. on Saturn. You weigh only 56 lbs. on Mercury and Mars, and less than half that on the moon. If you’re standing on Pluto, you weigh a mere 10 lbs. which is the equivalent to a 12 pack of soda, a bowling ball, a bag of flour, and a cat! That is, if you weigh 150 lbs. on Earth.

That's right - you weight just as much as me!

Most of us are extremely self-conscious about our weight and always feel that we are too-something. Too heavy, too light, too fat, too skinny… This issue weighs heavily on our minds (pun intended) and we are always either thinking or doing something to change it. But instead of constantly obsessing over it, we need to to accept ourselves the way we are.

Take responsibility for the way you look and make changes in your diet/lifestyle if you don’t like your physical appearance. Make changes rather than feeling sorry for yourself and complaining to everyone around you. Trust me – they don’t want to hear it. And in the meantime, you can always take a trip to another planet and watch yourself shed (or gain) a few pounds!
